At Esiur Beauty your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with our products you may receive a store credit.
A refund isn’t an option at this time.
All products must be reported within 10 days of receiving.
No opened or used products are to be returned.
Any products that are damaged during shipment will be replaced.

How long will it take to receive a store credit for my reported items?
Once reported and the team as reviewed the claim. Credit will be issued with 7-10 business days to your store account.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and please message us.
I received the wrong product. Can I return it?
If your online order was incorrect, please message us for assistance.

USPS shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance traveled.
First class: $0.55 & up 1-3 days
Priority mail: $7.50 & up 1-3 days
Priority express: $26.35 & up overnight
