Return Policy:

At Esiur Beauty your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with our products you may receive a store credit. 

  • A refund isn’t an option at this time.

  • All products must be reported within 10 days of receiving.

  • No opened or used products are to be returned.

  • Any products that are damaged during shipment will be replaced.

  • How long will it take to receive a store credit for my reported items?

Once reported and the team as reviewed the claim. Credit will be issued with 7-10 business days to your store account. 

  • My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and please message us. 

  • I received the wrong product. Can I return it?

If your online order was incorrect, please message us for assistance. 

Shipping cost: 

USPS shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance traveled.

First class: $0.55 & up 1-3 days 

Priority mail: $7.50 & up 1-3 days 

Priority express: $26.35 & up overnight
